We deliver anywhere in the World, including Ireland, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Singapore, Germany, the Netherlands, France, Italy, and more (except Russia).
Shipping costs
We offer a standard flat shipping rate for our products, with an economical shipment option available. The rates are around EUR 4.30 and EUR 5.90 for smaller products and EUR 11.80 for boxes. The exact shipping cost is visible at checkout.

Processing time for our products is 1-3 business days.
Some products might be shipped separately. Each item we ship may have different delivery times. This is because some products are packaged and shipped separately. Some products are shipped from the warehouse in the USA, some from Europe.
Returns and Exchanges
If the product is lost or damaged in the mail, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you. We just ask for photo verification of the damaged goods sent to info@openmity.com. We promise to give you the best quality products. And even if something gets damaged during transportation, or there is some human mistake in the process, just write me at aggie@openmity.com or info@openmity.com, and we will do our best to make it right. We will give you either a replacement of the product or a refund.
